Shipping & Delivery

At Lilly Jayne, every order is carefully packed and shipped from our Sunshine Coast studio in Queensland, Australia.

Because many of our products are handmade or personalised especially for you, processing times can vary depending on the products in your order. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 1–4 business days.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Please allow approximately 3–10 business days for personalised and made-to-order products to be handmade, prepared and packed before dispatch.

Please note that processing times are separate from Australia Post delivery times.

During busy periods such as new collection launches, sales, Christmas, back-to-school periods and other peak times, processing may take a little longer. We always work as quickly as possible while ensuring your order is made and packed with care.

For bulk orders, school orders, workplace orders or special requests, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss availability and expected turnaround times.

Australian Shipping

All Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post and include tracking.

Standard Shipping — $9.95 AUD

Flat-rate Standard Shipping is available for Australian orders under $65 AUD.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated Australia Post delivery times are approximately:

• Queensland: 3–5 business days
• Interstate: 3–7+ business days

These are estimated delivery timeframes only and may vary depending on your location, regional or remote delivery areas, public holidays, peak periods and Australia Post delays.

Express Shipping — $13.95 AUD

Flat-rate Express Shipping is available for $13.95 AUD.

Express Shipping means your parcel will be sent using the Australia Post Express Post network once your order is ready for dispatch.

Please note that choosing Express Shipping does not reduce the processing or handmade production time of your order.

For example, if a personalised product requires up to 10 business days to make, selecting Express Shipping does not remove that production time.

If you would like your order prioritised in our production queue, please select Rush My Order where available.

Rush My Order — $25.00 AUD

Need your order sooner?

Rush My Order is our priority processing and express shipping upgrade.

It includes:

• Priority order processing
• Your order moved ahead of standard orders in our production queue
• Australia Post Express Shipping

We aim to have Rush My Order purchases processed and delivered within approximately 2–5 business days where possible.

Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed, as delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, personalisation requirements and Australia Post.

During major launches, sales and peak trading periods, same-day dispatch may not be possible. However, orders with Rush My Order will still receive priority over standard orders.

Rush My Order does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless this has been confirmed with Lilly Jayne prior to ordering.

Free Shipping Within Australia

Spend $65 AUD or more in a single order and receive FREE Standard Tracked Shipping within Australia.

Free shipping:

• Applies to Australian delivery addresses
• Uses Australia Post Standard Parcel Post
• Includes tracking

Express Shipping and Rush My Order upgrades are still available for an additional cost.

Pre-Order Items

Products listed as Pre-Order will include an estimated dispatch timeframe on the individual product listing where applicable.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, your entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

If you would prefer your available items to be shipped separately, please contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Once your pre-order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected destinations, including:

• New Zealand
• United States

International shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and will be displayed at checkout.

International delivery times vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs processing and other factors outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by their country.

Please check your local import requirements before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow a short period for your tracking information to update after your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

Sustainable Packaging

Where possible, Lilly Jayne reuses clean and suitable packaging materials including protective void fill, bubble wrap and shipping boxes.

This helps us reduce unnecessary packaging waste while still making sure your order is protected and arrives safely.

Important Delivery Information

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are two separate timeframes.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include the time required to create, personalise, prepare or pack your order.

Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post or an international postal carrier, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Please carefully check your name, email address and shipping address before completing your order.

Lilly Jayne cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed or dispatched.
